Dear Sir,
My home land line connection 0480- 2750301 has not been working for past one & half month. Even thought I complained in Exchange multiple times, they just informed that it is a problem with cable. But nobody has attended this issue as of now. This is not a single user/house issue, but my neighbor families are also facing the same problem. So please do the necessary to check the cable and restore the connection as early.
