I am a very old user of BSNL landline phone... no. is 2585677 in amritsar...
from last two years there is noise disturbance in my phone line... i have compliant about it lot of time in BSNL nearest exchange... but all in vain... at every time they told me this time your problem will sort out but nothing is happened...
i have also broadband connection on this no... and due to that humming the connection breaks after few seconds... i have also registered complaints about this in there 198 no...
the customer care nos. of BSNL are all fake...
the people sitting there are very helpless have no knowledge about our quarries, they are only there to write down our complaints in there note books... and nothing will happen to their writings..
so... now i really want to get rid from the word BSNL...
so please help me in disconnect with BSNL permanently...
