BSNL Landline phone
Landline phone dead for past 2 weeks

Sir,

My phone number is 0431-2455237. We have broadband connection also. The landline is completely dead for the past one week but the broadband connection is working.. The compliant has been registered. The fault is not yet attended. It is kindly requested to attend to the fault immediately preferably on Saturdays, since both are employed.
