BSNL Landline phone
Not working

Dear Sir,

My landline No.is 2575803. it is not working since more than two months and also my given complaint. The complaint was trace outed it is instrument probelem. But phone incoming and outgoing calls are not possible to call. However monthly bills are regularly came and its bills paid promtly. kindly rectify my phone and give your kind your services.
