My phone number is 03472-240115. I have taken Plan-1200 for which I had to give Rs.1200/- as rental of the phone for a year. As a result, almost evry time phone bill is zero rupees or less than 100. However, during last five or six months my land line is not working in a regular interval. Although I have submitted all the bill provided by the service provider but in every time my phone is disconnected due to non payment of bill. Then, when I called them or went to their office with document, phone line is connected again.
Now since last 20 days, my phone is not working due to the same reason. There is no incoming and out going. I called them repeatadely but they are saying that I have to go their office with the doucument that the last bill is paid. When I told them that in every time it is not possible to go their office. Because, I am servicing at Durgapur and my family is staying here at Nabadwip in a rented house. So I have to cancell my land line. Then, one officer remarked that the company is running under loss due to the customer like you. This is not only the problem for me, the same problem is faced by all Nabadwip customer. What I can do now.
