In the past six months my BSNL Land line Telephone (0120-2894464) was DEAD for most of the times. Everytime I complain to BSNL helpline they resolve the problem after 5-6 days but again after 3-4 days it becomes DEAD. Nobody listens otherthan helpline complaints. This is frustrating and unethical. I have to pay rentals for dead periods.
Please look into this.
