I installed BSNL landline (044-26840815) in Sep 2008 and later started using Broadband from Jul. The telephone wire connection to my house is loosely fitted and due to this many a time it has broken and the connection had got disconnected. Few days back the same thing had happened and I had to fix it temporarily as my child's exam result was nearing. Though I have complained many a time, there is no response from them. Last day when I requested them to rectify it, the reply was "Once connection is OK then what's the need to rectify". Though Past many years I have been requesting them to solve the problem by laying it underground. For this they say " they dont have the required materials".
