Bsnl landline with broad band connection
Phone is dead for the last 15 days

My land line telephone no 044 22584483 is dead for the last 15 days. I have lodged the complaint over telephone automatic tele system. I met the JNuior Engineer of Telephone three times i person, who promised me to take action immediately. Till date no action was taken. Kindly do something to make alive my telephone with broadband connection
