LAND PHONE NOT WORKING

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that my land line No.0484 2233320 is not in operation for the last three week. Inspite of repeated complaints to our telephone excahnge, no action is being taken tothoppumpady rectify the fault. Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.
