I have not satisfied with your service in shifting my telephone with broad band

I have requested to shift my telephone with broad band from khairatabad, Hyderabad bearing phone number 040 23321124 to Sahara States of Vanasthalipuram telephone Exchange hyderabad. I have been alloted new telephone number 040 24120044. My telephone disconnected to shift to new area on 18-07. I am upto date in payment of bills. Even after one month no action of shifting of my phone with broad band has taken place. I have contacted several times in the Custermer Service Centre (Central) Telephone Bhavan Hyderabad and also in the Telephone Exchange Vanasthalipuram Hyderabad, but in vain. I am in need of the service as my daughter in USA. I have to contact her through webcam.

I there fore request you to take immediate necessary action to shift my telephone with broad band to my new address immediately.
