I have a BSNL LL (079-26620634) at my home and its used for my mother as she is alone at home during my office time. My phone was dead before 10 days and till date (22nd July 10) it is not wroking. I locked the complain almost 5 times but every time complain got resolved auromatically without informing me prior. we are moving towards globlization and also BSNL (no. 1 service provider in INDIA) speaking about 3G stuff, still this type of poor service damage image of a large goverment LL/mobile/BB service provider...
