Oadband connection

Broadband Connection,

Sir,

I am a customer of BSNL landline, having telephone number 0161-2547401, under Ludhiana Telephone Exchange. I am applied for new Broadband Connection on 12.10.2009 but yet we have no answer from exchange & now we have recd a bill which is mention Rs.700/= rent of broad band but we have no internet conection yet. So you are kindly requsted to please solve this problem.
