Dear Sir

my mobile no is 9415728180 .the service provider bsnl activated masti pack from 565054005 ondated 09.10.2010;09.11.2010&27.112010 withaut my consent&deducted Rs 05 per mandatory subscription.it is cheating &crime against my service &privacy. So I want deactivation& refund my balance.
