CHATING THROUGH CALL CENTRE

I Smt Indira Ghosh (Moblie no.-9474557073) is a BSNL customer. On 01.09.2011 I sent a message to 56700 to decativate my caller tune. But there is no responce. Then on 02.09.2011 at 11.30 AM I have submitted a complain to the call centre No.55365 at 11.42 AM and got a message bearing docked No. 102WB957964. But after several time on my request they (call centre) inform me that it is under process. I also inform my worried about the charges deduction for caller tune. But getting the false assurance (no deduction for caller tune) it has been found on 06.09.2011 Rs. 42/- has been deducted from my account. Then I again communicate with the call centre about this cheating and they replied the same (it is under process). Then approx 18-20 times I want to communicate with the call cente they replied every times your request is forwarded to the senior but after waiting a long period no body response. So it is nothing but a cheating and fraud case. Plese stop this and stop the harassment of the customer. Other wise it will go to the consumer court.
