I had sent a message to 56505 (a BSNL number) in the format prescribed by their customer care employee (ie UNSUB Job) and i had lost Rs.2 in th process. But I continued to receive job alerts for the next month also (ie September) and I was charged its monthly rent of Rs.20. So I sent this UNSUB message again and lost two more rupees but again i vain. I was terribly irritated and I rang up the customer care again. They informed me that they have registered my complaint and gave me a complaint registration number also (KL0709105221). But after just one day, i started receiving job alerts again and I'm afraid I'll be losing another Rs20 in the next month for these useless alerts. I request you to kindly free me from this trouble.
