Sir, I, Kallol Bhunia, am a consumer of BSNL Mobile and my number is 9475500973. Now Bsnl Mobile has come to the field to theft my money by illegally activating value added service on my number without my knowledge with Rs. 30. I have already lodged a complain against this illegal practice on June 28 and complain no. is - F28WB739246. Till the present date I have not given any feedback but debited again my account with Rs. 30 without prior notice. I have tried many times to contact with Customer care but without any result.
On such circumstances, please help me from this treacherous and irresponsible company so that I could get back my money.
