Wrong deduction of balance

Hello sir,

i would like to say few lines under your consideration :

sir I have bsnl sim, i have recharged rs 98 of internet 3 GB plan on 25/06.

now in mobile by dialling *112*2# i can check my internet balance.

my internet balance was 1.5 GB.

I have put download on 25/07, which is last day of plan.

Means it is 25/07 is seen in mobile last date so i was using it.

but suddenly they have deducted my 200 rs. balance on 25/7 at afternoon.

so last date was 25/7 so at night the balance should be deducted after 11:59 pm of that day rather than on that day.
