Deduction of 30 Rupees monthly

HI,

This is pradeep i'm having BSNL SIM with the number 9480326783. BSNL is deducting monthly 30 rupees for some Phone backup services. I'm registering complaint for past 3 months and they are telling it will be deactivated and u will get message in 24 hours which is not happened so far.

My september months complaint tracker id is i21ka522711 complaint reg at 21-sep

and

recent one is KA03KA713029 which is register may be on 04-nov
