My mobile SIM number is 919480773383 under sumo powepack plan, validity was up to 2311. However, before the expiry of validity period, the plan was converted in to Excel poer pack without proper notice.due to this my telephone expenses was increased by abnormal amount due to icreased rate of call charges.
