FAF nos getting charged as normal nos:2 numbers were sent for adding family & friends network. from 1st july charging for those numbers is not as per plan. 49paise is charged for all call including above 2 nos. complaint registered on 2 nd July and followed up on 6th and 12 th and also several other days. complaint no-KT0207113714
Despite repeated calls to the customer support regarding the complaint the issue is not resolved.
