On line top up was done on 14.02.2010 on the BSNL site and transaction was successful. A transaction reciept was also provided for printout which I posses. The amount is not yet credited in my mobile account nor it has been refunded to my bank account. complaints (nos.3597523dtd 14.02.2010 and 3602003 dt 16.02.2010) made with their call centre has not yet yeilded any result.
