The call rates of my plan has been changed all of sudden without any prior intimation given to me.
It was very disgusting when I tried calling the customer care (919400024365) but there was no one to respond from the other side even after wasting my time for more than 1 hour just to hear a pre-recorded voice. To be more specific I tried to reach the customer care on the above mentioned number with a minimum of 3 attempt every day for the past 15 to 20 days but the response was still the same. From my current experience I would obviously say that BSNL is the only network to have such WORST customer care.
I also have got another complaint to be made. Without any request made by me, BSNL automatically activates some service, which I got to know only from the message they sent me. The message is "RAHMAN - BSNL Alerts service is activated. You will be charged Rs.30 for 30 days". What if I hadn't received the message? Rs.30 from all BSNL customers, got to be one another BIG SCAM apart from the 2G SCAM.
