Respected Sir,

Iam a BSNL mobile prepaid user. Few weeks before I deactivated the all type of SMS and registered in National Customer Preference Registry on 13/6. In response to this on 14/06 BSNL send a message from 1909 number to me saying my Unique Registration Number is 13061214201375.But after 30 days it is automatically activated and send a mail to me "Thanks for Your Laughter club subscription pack will be renewed on 4/7". I didn't activated myself, but BSNL itself saying thanks for activation. Few days before one message regarding video bar advertisement message came similar to above message. When I deactivated it BSNL took 2 Rs. For each subscription they charge at least 20-30 Rs. So Its user wish to activate or deactivate such type of advertisement message. But BSNL itself activating all these type of advertisement without permission from user and deduct money from our prepaid amounts. This action is just similar to blackmailing us. So I kindly request you to take necessary action against BSNL to block all advertisement messages to 9497249217 mobile.
