On 13th April I had activated a caller tune from BSNL mobile services. After request sent they approved and deducted charges for PRBT which was Rs.49. Here actual charges Rs.37 but they deduct Rs.12 Extra after that I registered complaint regarding this on next day that is 14th April. But it didn't resolve so registered more complaint in whole month which were 25 complaints. Still I got replied from CC executives are like this..:
# Our system is not working/ busy so call later.
# Your complaint was registered it is resolve in next 24/ 48 Hours.
# We will callback to you after sometimes. [Which I never get call in whole months.]
# Your request was fwd. for further process.
Even one person talked me very rudely with bad words his name Vipul Rathod. And another person said your caller tune is not activated. [After activation of caller tune it played only couple of times]
Today One person said I can't help you, you have to registered complaint at nearest BSNL office. When I ask him to talk his supervision person, he said "I will give you a FAX no. first fax it to talk with supervisor."
After that call I called again and talked with supervisor who didn't respond well and also cut the phone.
Now plz tell me what can I do. Tonight [12th March] If they will deduct more Rs. 25 for next month caller tune charges.
