Not to deactivate the joke service from 56505

Sir, i didnot activate the joke service from 56505 but it activate automatically for two month approx

and for that time i m calling the customer care executive for that time and i will not

satisfy because he could given me information and i do the massage for deactivation

and the service not deactivate till now on my bsnl mobile 09412618941
