Snl india is activating all the unwanted services without the customers acceptance/permission and charging money for that. and they are instructing the people to get those services deactivated by calling some number for which they are again charging money. when we asked the customer care about this they are not responding properly and ending our call abruptly . thiis happened to so many times. not only to me but also to my friends who are bsnl users. this occured frequently in case of devotional songs which are being activated without my interference. they instructed me to call1255545 to get them deactivated.
