Problem of reciving recharege

Hello

my name is vikas grover and my mobile number is 919887006651, which is a bsnl connection..

i recharged my mobile on 21-06 of 59rs for cheaper calling. but never receive confirmation msg till and also the benefit of recharge.

i call to company for solution of this problem but they give excuse like technical problem and not solve my problem yet.

please solve my problem as fast as possible, otherwise i go for another option like port. this is my final and last request to company.

because a silent friend comes later in mind.
