BSNL Mobile Services, Excel Anant Prepaid
All call bared (Out going and In-comming) without prior notice

Dear Sir,

Effective from July 08. afternoon, all call services i.e outgoing and incomming have been bared without prior notice. Though I have balance in my account of Rs, . 34 and above and services will expire on 23/10 and validity expire on 12/11. The SIM was bought from O/o GMTD, Allahabad after fulfilling all the requirement and submitting proof of Identity and proof of address. The Mobile No. is 9452860472

For 4 day I may be missing may call which are very important for me.

Please help to resolve my problem
