BSNL New connection
NON RECEIPT OF NEW CONNECTION

I have applied for new phone connection line on 10th November vide Receipt No. N 1191178. Order Number for the same is KKR 29095 - Even on today's date i.e. on 14th December, I have neither received new connection nor any reply. Whenever I try to contact them, I get reply that I will get information next day.

BSNL is advertising CONNECTION WITHIN 2 DAYS & EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH THE IS NOT DONE & NOT GETTING SATISFACTORY REPLY.
