On 23rd of August, some body, introducing himself as Mr. Shakti Singh, made a telephonic call to me and informed me that my ID pertaining to my mobile phone no. 9412101799 was not traceable. The conversation had become so personal that when I told him about my long outing and staying at Hyderabad, suggested me to note his e-mail address and advised me to send my ID documents afresh at his noted e-mail address which read as [email protected]. I sent the required documents at the said e-mail address on the same day. All the same, my SIM in question stands perhaps disconnected since the phone has stopped working. I want to know the fate of my sent documents in the hands of aforesaid Mr. Shakti Singh and want rather to ask the concerned authorities why my connection has been stopped despite the submission of the required documents in support of my ID proof. If the said Mr. Shakti Singh, JTO, did not submitted the said ID documents to the proper place, he should be asked for the negligence and the ID documents should be recovered from him.
I am still staying at Hyderabad and I am in much need of the mobile phone in question for being in touch with my students, colleagues and fellows at Baraut. Tharefore, I would like to request the concerned authorities to start the working of my said mobile, numbered as 9412101799, without any further delay, after recovering the required ID documents from their JTO, Mr. Shakti Singh.
