FROM 31 OCT MY POSTPAID CONNECTION 9431170406 IS NOT ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES. COMPLAINT NO. OF 2 NOV MORNING 1108109.

CUSTOMER CARE STAFF NAMED SHANTANU ON 2 NOV ACTED RUDELY AND FAILED TO CONNECT TO THE SENIOR STAFF. OTHER STAFF ALSO KEPT THE LINE FOR HOLD FOR MINUTE... ALMOST HALF AN HOUR BUT DID NOT CONNECT TO THE SENIOR OFFICERS.

THIS IS A ROUTINE AFFAIR WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL.
