Mobile Radio - Unsubscribe

Dear Sir/madam

I am not able to unsubscribe from the bsnl mobile radio service. Can you please help me to unsubscribe from this service. I have been charged 25Rs/month for the last few months, I have never used this service. When I tried calling the number 1255530 to unsubscribe, I was never given the option for that.

This service was enabled for me when I got a usual IVR call and when I cancelled the call I got a message saying 'thank you for subscribing bsnl mobile radio'.

Please help me to de-activate this service
