WITHOUT MY CONCER AUTO ACTIVATED VALUE ADDED SCHEME

DERA SIR/MADAM,

i am using my cell since last 3 years

service provider is BSNL

last day i got message that you hae activated the love qoutes scheme and you have been charged for 30 rs

even at that time i was busy to my work at my office

i have not een send any msg or call them to activate such freaking scheme..

they have automatic activated the scheme without my concern

when i called them and tried to ask about confirmation detail, they were not ready to provide me any information about this activation

so sir pl help me out as soon as possible
