I had tried many times to deactivate the 1s service using DEACT 1s to 53733, I receive the message that the request has been taken to deactivate but still my 1.50 Rs gets deducted daily. I tried calling the customer service but no one picks up.

its beyond 30 days, please stop the 1s service.
