With reference to problem explained in my earlier mails regarding BSNL prepaid recharge failure for Rs.110/- on 10-2. Today i.e. 01-03 again I have recharged with your esteemed Bank using Net Banking. But today also same problem, Rs.55/- amount deducted from my SB A/c No.00941050027721. Then I have taken up the matter with BSNL. They have taken the complaint but they need Transaction ID. I have given the Narration and Ref No. displaying in my account. But, BSNL informed me Transaction ID starts from some alphabets. Please send the Transaction ID of both transactions so that I can inform the same to BSNL for further action. Recharge Screen shots attached herewith for ready reference.
