Dear sir i am using ur prepaid connection for last one year 9426534610 i am happy with your services . i am a retired govt servant and use cell for receiving and calling but for last two month when i recharge my 30 rs cut from recharge so total 60 rs deduct from my prepaid connection. i know from my son in law while he called me regarding activation of caller tune which i had not activated and not interested so kindly waiver off the caller tune urgently and waiver off my 60 rs.
