I am Rakesh Sharma with Bsnl prepaid number 9418360056. I have lodged a complaint regarding deactivation of caller tone on 22-11-10 vide no. K22HP62231. Also gave reminders for this but nobody bother .please help me and mail at [email protected]. Thankyou.
