Cricket alerts activated without my knowledge

Hi sir,

My name is siva kumar. i am the bsnl prepaid customer having the mobile no. 9493170230. on 3rd jan cricket alerts service activated and Rs.30 is deducted with out my knowledge, also no response from customer care. pls de active that service and refund my money.
