BSNL - prepaid
Not Send in UPC

Sir,

Bsnl is Not Sending UPC Code, to Convert to Other Network, I have Sent Twice the message for each they charged 60paise.

and Some person Called from Bsnl Customer Care and asked me the reason that why i am planning to change frm bsnl and wen i tell the reason, he told me to wait and disconnected after 2 minutes.

sir plz do the needful.
