I had activated my caller tune jai jai ram jai shree ram but it only works 10 days, after that normal ring ringing & i complained in bsnl my complain no. is 4828554 but problem was not solved .i complained 5 times.after that they not solve & deduct next month charges rs28 too.i complain bsnl repeatly that please refund my charge because caller tune is not ringing but till now it was not solved.
