I hv been with airtel since 5 years and finally i shifted to bsnl using mnp. On 10th may 10.30 pm my current airtel connection was disconnected. But the new bsnl sim didnot get activated. I'm now having great trouble since I have to get a lot of important calls related to my job. When contacted customer care 1st time the "executive" said it would be ready by noon. The next time when i called, the "customer care specialist" told me that it would take 7days to get the problem solved. I'm now unable to make or receive calls, and my callers are getting reply as caller doesnot exist. Why the hell are these bsnl guys making trouble to us.??? And they are saying connecting India.
