My BSNL prepaid mobile number is 09407839579
On my number without my permission "WORD" ALERT services has been activated.
No any request was submitted by me.
On 25-06 at 02:06 PM when i switch ON my mobile i receive a message "WORD- ALERT SERVICE IS ACTIVATED...
bsnl customer care people are not reponding for this complaint kindly solve this problem and oblige.
