Deduction of balance

Dear Sir,

I am a BSNL Cellone customer 9479390160. On 12 july I am got SMS from 567672100500 and 5rs deducted from my prepaid balance & the massage was this "Dear subscriber, to know more about service click on http://wap.mplanetlive.com * charge would be applicable." Why 5rs deducted from my account after recived that sms?

And i have not open that url..
