My BSNL Mobile No. 9439922822. I wish to deactivate now the fraud SMS allot from 56505 . I had contact BSNL customer care service several times and proceeded accordingly, still I am getting the SMS Alerts from it and they are cutting my money (Rs. 5/ per month) without prior any permission from me. They are autometically renewing it months after months. SMS from 56505 are received regularly on my Mobile Phone No. 9439922822 whereas I have never opted/ activated for such service which is chargeable. What can I do to deactivate alerts from 56505? Kindly stop such bad practice and refund my money immediately. Otherwise I shall go to consumer forum to take legal action.
As i am an indian. BSNL involve in this type of rubbery case it is not a good sine for INDIA.which is a most prestigious organisation.
