OUTGOING BARRED

Hello Sir,

My name is Gourab Bhattacharjee. I've taken a new BSNL sim one week back (number 8277490768). I've submitted all necessary documents and it was also activated. I've recharged with FRC 48 and RC55. I'm able to receive incoming call and sms bt unable to call and sms to any number. It is showing sms barred. Also outgoing calls are barred. Even i'm unable call customer care from my number also. Please help regarding this.
