Bsnl prepaid
STV plan went to internet plan

1) I have a cell recharge (Oximall) shop in Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, A.p.

2) I have recharged one BSNL Cell NO:9491891579 for Rs.300/- by seeing BSNL web tariffs in STV i.e BSNL Cell to Bsnl Cell Unlimited form one month on 11-04.

3) The customer was not getting the offer i have approached the customer care they are telling that it was internet offer.

4) Till today ie 12-04 the BSNL website is showing the STV plan Rs.300/- i.e BSNL Cell to Bsnl Cell Unlimited form one month.

5) I request you to convert the plan to STv. Rs.300/-i.e BSNL Cell to Bsnl Cell Unlimited form one month.

6) where if you not do so i have to bare the loss of Rs.300/-the fault was yours the Site was showing the plan so I did the recharge so please do the need full.
