Unjustified loss of money

Dear sir/madam

A message named BZ-FTECH comes in my mobile saying that an offer called FEVER offer will get renewed in two days (which costs Rs.3) and if if we want to stop it, send a message UNSUB FEVER to 55678 (which costs Rs.2). I have tried sending message inorder to stop it many times, but nothing changes and I will get a renewal in next three days. This had been been happening for the last three months. I contacted customer care and they asked me to send some other message. Even after doing that, nothing changed.
