BSNL prepaid connection
LACK OF NETWORK

Sir, I am customer of bsnl prepaid No. 9431500309 of Dhanbad, Jharkhand. When I dial Reliance No.9018807132 (postpaid) of Jammu (J&K), it always tells that "SERVICE TO THE DIALLED NUMBER IS TEMPORARILY WITHDRAWN". In fact, the said number is in service and the problem occurs from both the sides. When dialled to/from other network numbers, there is no problem.
