Deactivation of caller tune

Dear Sir,

I don't know how mobile got activated to caller tune my mobile number 9442790222 to my suprise they have deducted Rs.28 for caller tune. Now I deactivated it through DACT 56700 but it seems no effect please let me know my when my amount will be refunded.
