FAILED TOP UP AMOUNT DONE THROUGH INTERNET NOT REFUNDED

I TOPPED UP THE PREPAID CONNECTION ON 23/12/10 THROUGH INTERNET. THE TOP UP WAS NOT DONE AND I WAS ASSURED BY BSNL THAT WITHIN 10 DAYS THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.

DESPITE LAPSE OF MORE THAN 20 DAYS STILL I HAVE NOT GOT THE REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT OF THE FAILED TOPUP AMOUNT OF RS.55/-. TOP UP MADE BY ME ON 23/12. TXN NO.
